Mr Olynyk

I am a Positive Behavior Strategist at C.W. Perry School. In this role I am responsible for developing behavioral and social / emotional interventions, as well as personalized learning programs for students. In addition to this, some of my other responsibilities at CW Perry include:

• Conducting functional behavioral analysis to determine target behaviors and establish baseline data
• Assisting parents and teachers/support staff with understanding the principles and rationale behind specific behavioral interventions
• Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams regarding the design and application of learning supports, and their subsequent documentation needs

This year, I am also working as a Registered Provisional Psychologist at CW Perry.
