Homework
Click here to find out when assignments are due, tests are coming up, and when forms etc. need to be returned. Students who do not complete late work as homework will be expected to stay in during recesses, or they may attend Homework Club, until their missing work is submitted. We also have 'catch-up' time during our Library block during which students identify what work they need to complete.

Ever wonder why your teacher asks you to read all the time?
This image shows some information regarding reading progress and time spent reading daily. This is why all students are provided with the 20 minute reading block at the beginning of each morning!
Complete Canadian Curriculum Books
The Complete Canadian Curriculum books can be purchased at most Costco, Walmart and Superstore locations, and I'm providing a link to Amazon.ca as well. These workbooks are fantastic resources for anyone looking for additional support/homework that you can do at home, and they are available in subject-specific books (ex. Complete Math Smart, Complete English Smart) as well as at a variety of grade levels. I highly encourage you to pick up something like this if you feel as though you need materials at home to help your child be more successful at school!
Whenever I find an interesting article (related to something that we are studying in class) I will post a link to it in this folder.
