Registration Information

Students attending Ralph McCall who are designated to attend C.W. Perry because of attendance guidelines will be automatically registered at CW Perry by their current school.

Those students who are out of the attendance area designation for C.W. Perry will have to apply to attend CW Perry by completing an Out of Attendance Area request form.

Required Documentation

1.  One of the following documents must be provided at time of registration:

• Birth Certificate
• Permanent residency card - MUST BE CURRENT
• Visa/immigration documentation
• Students' Study Permit or Visitor Permit with the below documentation included
• Parents' landed immigrant status or study permit or work visa

2.  Proof of residency must be provided such as current utility bill, mortgage purchase or rental agreement that includes the parent name and permanent mailing address.

3.  Documentation must be provided for a custody or access order.  If an order exists affecting guardianship rights or custody or access rights, a copy of the order or agreement will be required for the students' record.
